The Kensington Industrial Park is located between the cities of Summerside and Charlottetown and is considered the agricultural hub of central Prince Edward Island. The 40-acre park is home to a cluster of firms providing products and professional services to the agricultural community.

The site houses the provincially run Potato Services Centre and is located adjacent to a major boat building operation. The park is fully serviced with municipal water/sewer, three phase power and fibre connections.

The industrial park is owned and managed by the Kensington Industrial Commission and offers lot configurations of .75 to 4 acres.
