The Cornwall Business Park is a newly constructed development strategically located off the Trans Canada Highway, on the Confederation Bridge side of the City of Charlottetown.

The Cornwall Business Park is located five minutes west of the city. This 40-acre business park currently houses manufacturing operations (fibre glass fabrication and vinyl window plant), and offers development lots in a variety of sizes.

The Cornwall Business Park is managed by the Cornwall Business Park Corporation, a municipally owned development company. The park is located in a growing community with a skilled technical and professional workforce.
